‘Monkey’ Color Keys

Some quick color keys to get the direction going. The second one had the monkey blending in way too much, obscuring the focal point. The purple took back the effect of the clouds. Now to take out the oils and see if it translates at all!

Been distracted lately, mostly by Photoshop CS4 (ooh) and a new iPhone (ooh!).. Been playing around with texture and value today. Yes, it is quite a mess.
